Description

Beavers Retreat Glamping gets you close to nature.

Experience a simpler way of life. Disconnect from stressful daily life. Reconnect as a family. Take your dog along. Explore the nearby beaches. Walk the coast path. Fly a kite. Learn to surf. Explore new places. Light a BBQ & fire pit. Toast marshmallows. Stargaze with no light pollution. Cwtch up in a warm bed. Listen to the wildlife. Relax. Refresh. Revitalise.

Beavers Retreat Glamping has seven family sized bell tents, and three Geodomes with hot tubs. We can accommodate up to 47 people on site. The retreat is set in a quiet location, with a very slow-moving train track alongside the field. The trains are infrequent 1/2 an hour at most, and the kids love waving to the driver.

With the retreat offering a getaway from your hectic everyday life, smack bang in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National park, there is no electric to the site, meaning the two hot showers are run off gas.

We usually have three shared showers and three shared toilets on site. However, due to Covid-19, we have built extra temporary facilities so that each pitch has a private hot shower and a private toilet for their use only.

We have done this to avoid cross-contamination. Coded locks have been installed so that someone from your own party only ever uses the facility. There is naturally filtered spring water available on tap at each private pitch.

Each bell tent is supplied with beds, sheets, essential cooking equipment, a BBQ, table and chairs, and lighting. Fires are accepted on the retreat.

We believe we have a responsibility to be environmentally friendly; therefore, we commit to planting a tree for every booking that we receive.

The water on site is taken from a natural spring, and the high-pressure showers are gravity-fed; therefore, we take absolutely nothing from the grid - how is that for carbon offset?

We have three hot showers, two toilets, and two washing up areas on site. These are built-in individual blocks and are shared amongst the site.
